Complete payments have been captured. Authorized payments are awaiting capture. Sync Razorpay payments to import historical attempts; refresh reloads the saved report. Receipts are sample acknowledgements. Drop-offs include anonymous visits with no captured payment after 30 minutes without activity. Unknown receipt issuance dates use the capture date for filtering.
Test mode: capturing a test payment does not move live funds.
